Cheese Products
Thies Family Locker sources and sells Dimock Cheese because their business model has a likeness to ours. They take pride in their products and handcraft them the old-fashioned way just like we do. They make all of their cheeses by hand and source their milk locally from small farmers near Dimock, SD where they are located.
